Easy99Shop - Cancellation Policy

At Easy99Shop, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your order.


1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before the rider has picked up your items, subject to the following conditions:

✔️ Cancellation is only allowed before the order is marked as "Out for Delivery" in the app.
✔️ Once the rider has picked up the order, cancellation is not permitted.


2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

  1. Open the Easy99Shop app.

  2. Go to My Orders.

  3. Select the order you wish to cancel.

  4. Click on the Cancel Order button (if available).

If the cancel option is not available, it means the rider has already picked up the order.


3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If you cancel the order before rider pickup and have made an online payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no amount is charged for a canceled order.


4. Restaurant or Vendor-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases, your order may be canceled by the restaurant, vendor, or Easy99Shop due to:

  • Item unavailability

  • Technical issues

  • Delivery limitations

In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed if applicable.
