At Easy99Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are provided for food, grocery, and other products.


1. Food & Grocery Items

  • Refunds or returns are only accepted within 1 hour of delivery.

  • Items must be incorrect, damaged, expired, or missing to qualify for a refund.

  • Once the 1-hour window has passed, no refund or return request will be accepted for food and grocery items.


2. Other Products (Electronics, Clothing, Household, etc.)

  • You can request a refund or return within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

  • Refunds are only applicable for damaged, incorrect, or defective products.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer support within the applicable time frame.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be provided as app wallet credit or through bank transfer.


5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable items after 1 hour of delivery.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Products without original packaging or accessories.
